Parkhouse Ground Level Suite Room 1 and 2 (for short term rental - two months at a time only) - regular rate $680/month, if tenancy commence soon $100 off all months, giving discounted rate $580/month if above promotion applies.  Both rooms shall be rented (to same or separate parties) at the same time.
